Title
One-line summary
The prompt
Critique the deck below before I present it. Be blunt; I need problems found now, not politeness. Audience: [WHO IS IN THE ROOM AND WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT] The decision or reaction I need from them: [OUTCOME] Time slot: [MINUTES] Deck text (headlines, bullets, and notes if I have them): [PASTE DECK TEXT] Evaluate in this order and report each section separately: 1. Argument — Read only the headlines in sequence. Does the argument stand on its own, is the main point stated early, and does each slide advance it? List any slide that repeats, digresses, or assumes something not yet established. 2. Audience fit — For each named concern of my audience, say which slide addresses it or state plainly that nothing does. Flag content that serves me rather than them. 3. The hostile read — Take the perspective of the most skeptical person in the room. Write the five hardest questions or objections this deck invites, tied to the specific slide that provokes each, and note whether the deck currently contains an answer. 4. Load — Flag every slide with more than about 30 words of body text, any bullet longer than one line, and any slide doing two jobs that should be split. 5. Time — Estimate speaking time per slide and in total; if I run over my slot, say exactly what to cut. End with a prioritized fix list: the three changes with the largest effect first, each stated as the concrete edit to make, not just the diagnosis. Do not rewrite the whole deck.
Write it so someone can paste it straight into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini and fill the [BRACKETS].
