One-line summary
The prompt
Build an investor pitch deck with me. Work in three passes and stop for my input after each one. Company: [ONE-PARAGRAPH DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT, CUSTOMERS, AND BUSINESS MODEL] Stage and raise: [E.G. SEED, RAISING AMOUNT FOR MONTHS OF RUNWAY] Traction and numbers I can defend: [REVENUE, GROWTH, USERS, PILOTS, LOIS — ONLY REAL FIGURES] Team: [FOUNDERS AND THE ONE-LINE REASON EACH IS SUITED TO THIS] What I believe that most investors don't yet: [THE CORE INSIGHT] Pass 1 — Narrative spine. Propose a 10-14 slide storyline as a sequence of one-sentence assertion headlines that read, top to bottom, as the investment case. Cover: the problem and who has it, why now, the product, business model, traction, market size built bottom-up from my numbers, competition framed as why we win rather than a feature grid, team, and the ask with use of funds. Mark any headline my inputs cannot yet support. Stop and wait for my edits. Pass 2 — Slides. For each approved headline: body content (bullets, a single number, or a chart spec), speaker notes of 60-100 words that sound like a founder talking rather than reading, and visual direction. Every figure must come from my inputs; where a slide needs one I did not give, write [NEEDED: DESCRIPTION]. Never fabricate market sizes, customer quotes, or metrics. Pass 3 — Stress test. List the ten questions investors are most likely to ask given this specific deck, note which are answered on a slide, and propose an appendix slide list for the rest. Then name the weakest slide in the deck and explain why. Start with Pass 1.
Write it so someone can paste it straight into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini and fill the [BRACKETS].
